Direct Care Worker Job Summary We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals at our Tempe and Mesa locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, particularly those requiring assistance due to age, illness, or disabilities. This role is vital in delivering personalized care and ensuring the comfort and safety of clients within a home environment. Current Openings: On-Call / PRN / As Needed. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene. Monitor resident behavior and health, reporting any concerns or incidents appropriately. Engage residents in social and recreational activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and guidelines. Qualifications: Valid Driver's License Prevention and Support Certification Article 9 Certification Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card CPR/First Aid Certification Previous experience in home care, hospice care, assisted living, or similar caregiving roles is preferred. Familiarity with case management systems and direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
