You will meet and teach wonderful people from all parts of the world and as you help them learn English, you will also get the opportunity to learn about their cultures and home countries.ResponsibilitiesRecreating real world situations in the classroom to help practice EnglishRole playing with the studentsHelping with pronunciation by doing group repetitions and offering pronunciation tipsWorking with your students in groupsGuiding the student instruction and learning experienceCreating fun-filled lessons that deliver resultsProviding a fun and safe learning environmentMonitoring and tracking student progressSeeking feedback from students, peers, and managersSetting self-developmental goals based on observations, feedback, and individual areas of passionAttending staff meetings and training sessions as directed by Academic LeadProviding new and innovative ideas and techniquesComply with and enforce all school and classroom policiesPerform all other tasks as maybe assigned by the Academic LeadQualificationsBachelor's degree in any field. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Master's degree in TESOL highly preferred.TEFL, ESOL, TESOL certificate, teaching practicum, CELTA/Trinity or equivalent.
