Event Technology Operations CoordinatorSynchro is partnering with a fast-growing event technology business to hire an Event Technology Operations Coordinator to join their expanding team in Georgia.This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career, or with experience in hospitality, conferences, events, customer service, logistics, or operations, who wants to build a career in the fast-paced world of live events and event technology.This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining client support, platform delivery, event logistics, and onsite event operations. You'll work closely with clients to help set up, launch, and deliver successful live events – from software onboarding and training through to equipment transportation, onsite execution, setup, and real-time support.If you enjoy problem-solving, thrive in busy live environments, and like being at the centre of events as they happen, this could be a great next step.What you'll be doing:Coordinating kiosks, devices, and onsite event equipment, including setup, configuration, transportation, and breakdownDriving the company van to transport equipment to and from client events and venuesSupporting clients via live chat, tickets, phone, and emailDelivering onboarding and training sessions on the platformManaging multiple event builds and live launches simultaneouslyWorking closely with technical, production, and internal delivery teamsActing as a key point of contact during live eventsTroubleshooting issues in real time in fast-paced environmentsSupporting event logistics, inventory management, and equipment preparationWho we're looking for:Graduate or someone with experience in hospitality, conferences, exhibitions, events, logistics, operations, or customer-facing rolesStrong communication and organisational skillsConfident working with clients in fast-moving environmentsProactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindsetComfortable with flexible working around live event schedulesKeen to learn event technology platforms and operationsFull driving licence and confidence driving a company vanComfortable with the hands-on nature of the role, including loading, transporting, and setting up event equipmentWillingness to travel to event venues as requiredThe Details:Location: Suwanee, GeorgiaPrimarily onsite with some flexibility$60,000–$70,000 USD base salaryWorking with global clients and live events
