To cultivate relationships, drive sales, and deliver tailored solutions to our valued customers. Through face-to-face interactions, strategic calls, and targeted B2B outreach, you'll be the face of Quench in the field.First year On Target Earnings $80,000 - $110,000 (Base + Commission)Responsibilities: Drive Quench's rapid growth by generating sales through face-to-face interactions, calls, and B2B outreachDevelop, maintain, and expand relationships with Quench customersIdentify customer needs and propose customized solutionsMeet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent daily/weekly activityPlay a pivotal role in customer retention and contract extensionHandle administrative duties such as preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and filing expense account reportsMaintain regular and reliable attendanceRequirements:Strong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objectionsExcellent communication skills, both via phone and email, with a clear, enthusiastic approach, good listening skills, quick understanding of customer needs, and strong follow-up skillsAbility to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situationsPrior field sales experience is a plusSolid team player with outstanding integrityProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Proficiency in Salesforce.com or comparable CRM systemHighlightsBase salary plus uncapped monthly commissionsOTE: Year 1: $90-110k, Year 2: $100-130kRemote, 3 days out in territoryBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision which start day one401(k) match of 50% up to 6%15 days PTO and 10 paid HolidaysMileage reimbursement up to $700/ month$100 monthly phone stipendQuench offers salary, commission, benefits, and incentive awards.
