The center is known for providing high-quality care in a supportive work environment with dedicated nursing and support staff.Opportunity: Board Certified/Board Eligible - UrologyThis is a full-time locum tenens opportunity for a general urologist to provide clinic coverage and call for 3-6 months or longer. The position requires a provider who can handle a wide variety of general urology cases, clinic responsibilities, rounding, and operating room procedures.Job Details:Full-time position requiring 3-4 weeks per month coverage for a minimum of 3 monthsClinic hours are 8am-4pm with night call (5pm-8am) and 24-hour call responsibilities on a 1:6 rotationWill serve as the sole provider in a fast-paced, busy departmentPatient volume of 20-25 patients per day in clinicSurgical volume of approximately 20-30 procedures per monthRobotic surgical capabilities available on-siteProcedures include cystoscopy, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, uroflow/cuff, bladder scans, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, Botox injections, and moreCall responsibilities include both consults (20%) and callbacks (80%)Provider will be responsible for rounding on patientsEpic EMR system is used throughout the facilitySupport staff includes 2 RNs, MA, Surgery Scheduler, and 2 front office staffCandidates should be collegial team players with excellent patient care and customer service skillsCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
