Project Manager – Oracle Fusion ERP | Onsite San Jose, CAWe are hiring a Project Manager for one of our direct clients in San Jose, CA.Work Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite – 5 days/week)Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct W2 preferred (Hourly or Salary)Important: Candidates must currently live in San Jose, CA or within commuting distancePosition: Project Manager (PMO – Oracle Fusion ERP)The Project Manager will be part of the client’s PMO organization and will oversee delivery of a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP implementation program.This role focuses on program governance, Agile delivery oversight, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across cross-functional teams.Note: This is a program oversight role within PMO, not a hands-on implementation role.Education, Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field5+ years of Project Management / PMO experienceStrong experience in Agile / Scrum-based delivery environmentsProven experience managing or overseeing Oracle Fusion ERP programsStrong PMO experience in governance, reporting, and execution oversightExperience in risk management, issue tracking, and dependency managementStrong stakeholder and vendor management experienceAbility to coordinate multiple teams and drive alignment without direct authorityExcellent communication, planning, and organizational skillsExperience managing complex, enterprise-level program deliveryRole and Responsibilities:Oversee execution of Oracle Fusion ERP implementation program within PMOTrack program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risksDrive risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolutionEnsure strong program governance and Agile delivery disciplineCoordinate across business, IT, and vendor teams for alignmentFacilitate Agile ceremonies and program-level planning as requiredProvide regular status reporting and executive-level updatesEnsure adherence to PMO standards and delivery frameworksAct as key point of contact for program execution oversight
