Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Physician founder is hiring an Executive Assistant to provide direct, daily support across multiple businesses. This is a right-hand role focused on the mechanics of running a fast-paced operator's life. The right person brings structure, follow-through, and discretion to a high-pace, multi-business environment.This is not a remote role. It is not 9-to-5. It is not clinical.ResponsibilitiesCalendar management across clinical, business, and personal commitmentsEmail and communication triage, including drafting replies and closing loops on the principal's behalfErrands and on-site coordination at various locations as neededSupport with personal tasks and household items when the principal's time is constrainedAttending meetings on the principal's behalf once ready, with thorough notes and follow-upsLight digital content creation using tools like CanvaTracking deadlines, action items, and the small details that keep operations movingBringing consistent positive energy and motivation to the workQualifications2+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting a founder, physician, or C-suite executiveHealthcare operations literacy is a plus, including HIPAA basics, EMR familiarity at an admin level, and comfort with clinical terminologyExcellent written communication with the ability to draft in the principal's voiceStrong organizational instincts and the discipline to manage multiple priorities at onceDiscretion. Non-negotiable. Access to PHI, financials, and personal information is part of the role.Fluency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and modern productivity toolsComfort with basic digital content tools like Canva is a plusCompensation and growthBase compensation plus performance bonus tied to clear outcomes.
