We are currently hiring for experienced welders (MIG, stick, structural, TIG) in Richmond, VA. Pay is $28 - $32 per hour based on skill set and experience. Welder Responsibilities:Utilize various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding, to create strong and durable joints in metal piping. Read and interpret blueprints and drawings Select appropriate materials and welding rods/consumables for specific applications based on project needs. Conduct visual inspections and perform pressure testing on welded joints to ensure safety and structural integrity. Operate welding equipment and tools in a safe and effective manner, adhering to all company safety protocols.
