General Laborer – Rail Car Loading= Carrollton, KY 41008= $19.25/hour=R Full-Time | Contract through 6/30/2026Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable General Laborers to support outbound shipping operations in an industrial manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on work loading finished products onto rail cars, trucks, and other transport methods using both manual labor and equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and secure materials onto rail cars, trucks, and flatbedsProcess outbound customer orders accurately and efficientlyOperate forklifts and other material handling equipmentPerform general warehouse and labor duties in a gypsum production environmentFollow all safety protocols, especially when working at heightsAssist with staging, organizing, and preparing shipmentsQualifications1+ year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or loading environmentPrior forklift experience requiredComfortable working at heightsAbility to perform physical labor in an industrial settingReliable attendance and strong work ethicScheduleMonday – Friday, with occasional overtime and some SaturdaysStart time: 6:50 AMTypical end time: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM (or until work is completed)Overtime expected based on workloadWork EnvironmentIndustrial manufacturing settingExposure to outdoor elements and varying temperaturesPPE requiredAdditional Details2 openings availableW-2 contract positionInterviews required prior to hireCandidates must be able to follow onsite instructions for interview access
