Job Type Full Time Schedule - Days; M-F Pay $250,000 Patients Per Day 18-20 Work Location Outpatient Job Description A Rockford based client is seeking an experienced Family Practice Physician to provide excellent primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient primary care clinic. An ideal candidate is a leader who works well in a collaborative environment and who practices evidence-based medicine. Required Qualifications Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree Current Illinois medical license Completed an accredited residency program Current DEA certificate Board eligible or certified in family medicine Current CPR certification 1-2 years of experience Responsibilities Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages Order diagnostic tests and laboratory studies, interpret results and create treatment plans based on results Perform therapeutic procedures and educate patients on their treatment plans Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services for patients on caseload Document all patient encounters efficiently and according to policy Serve as a supervisor for mid-level providers About Provider Healthcare Provider Healthcare is a prominent healthcare recruitment firm that places highly qualified and skilled healthcare professionals in excellent employment opportunities across the country.
