Reviewing requests for accuracy, completeness and adherence to plan provisions. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions that are in good order.Interacting with other departments at ***, as needed, to complete processing requests.Identifying and resolving operational issues while elevating more complex issues, when appropriate.Communicating client and/or *** errors related to transaction processing when applicable, and engaging in the resolution process.Providing input into the development and modification of processing procedures and interdepartmental workflow issues. Participates in process improvement projects.Providing coaching and/or training as assigned to crew members on departmental processes, procedures, and quality standards. Helping to identify trends and potential training needs.Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.This job is for you if you have:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum of one year related business experience.Working knowledge of PC s and related software.Knowledge of defined contribution plans, helpful.Ability to communicate effectively.Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Works effectively in a team environment.Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills.Demonstrated ability to succeed in fast paced environment in order to meet deadlines.Flexibility to work overtime and/or shifts that are required to meet business needs.Ability to coach others.
