If you are looking for purpose-driven work guided by these values, find your career at Madonna!**POSITION:****RN, 36 hours per week, 7p-7a with rotating weekends & holidays****$15,000 Sign On Bonus****UNIT OVERVIEW:ECN** - Serving residents in a long term care setting.**RESPONSIBILITIES****:** * Oversees direct patient care through assessment, intervention and administration of care * Compile, compare and record patient care information * Delivers direct patient care or appropriate delegates to other team members * Attend shift report at beginning and end of each shift to ensure good communication between nursing members * Collaborates with clinical services team * Communicates effectively with physicians, families and patient**SKILLS & ABILITIES:** * Strong commitment & dedication to Madonna and the patients we serve * Friendly, caring and professional demeanor to achieve an excellent patient/customer experience for individuals going through difficult experiences * Excellent communication and time management skills * What to make a difference in the lives of rehabilitation patients and their families**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE****:** * Active RN license in state of Nebraska * CPR certification * One year clinical experience preferred
