We are seeking a motivated, organized, leader to join our team as a Project Manager. The project manager oversees all aspects of the remodeling project, from planning and scheduling to execution and completion. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure it progresses smoothly and stays on track. Our project manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the successful completion of our projects. Their duties typically include: ·     Project Planning: Creating project plans, schedules, and budgets. This involves determining the scope of work, setting timelines, and estimating costs. ·     Resource Management: Allocating resources such as labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to ensure smooth project execution. ·     Team Leadership: Supervising and coordinating the work of subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project. ·     Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses to ensure they stay within budget and making adjustments as necessary. ·     Quality Control: Ensuring that construction work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements. This involves conducting inspections and addressing any issues or deficiencies promptly. ·     Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. This includes managing safety procedures to minimize accidents and injuries on the construction site. ·     Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members.
