We value our employees and offer a hybrid work environment to ensure a healthy work/life balance.Position Overview (40Hrs. /Week)Initially, the role requires five days on-site, with the potential for a hybrid schedule (one day working from home) after minimum 6 months. Standard hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, responding to help request tickets, and configuring, assembling, installing workstations and peripheral equipment. You will provide PC support for Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and other standard applications. Additionally, you will assist with user training programs and provide end-user support services on Saturdays from January through mid-April.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as first point of contact for IT support requestsProvide end-user supportProvide troubleshooting support for MFA and VPN issuesRespond to and set up requests via ShareFile portalManage PC equipment maintenance (laptops, printers, etc.), including upgrades and repairs, directly or through third-party vendorsMobile device supportMaintain an organized and efficient IT workstation areaOffer after-hours support as neededMaintain asset inventory recordsImage PCs for deployment to ensure seamless setupAV support for conferencesProvide client support services as directedPerform additional duties as assigned by the System AdministratorsQualifications/Experience RequirementsAssociate’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of two years of hands-on IT support experienceStrong troubleshooting skills with Windows 11Comprehensive knowledge of PCs and printing systemsBasic understanding of networking environments and Active DirectoryProficient in Microsoft Office Understanding of cybersecurity best practicesPreferred (but Not Required)Experience working within an auditing firmExperience with CCH and QuickBooksiOS support experienceOther RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and a customer- and team-oriented focus. They must be able to quickly learn new technologies and effectively multi-task. Good interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves working with individuals at varying technical levels.
