TrainingAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Dean for its School of Education, who will serve as the chief academic officer and be responsible for strategic planning, program development, accreditation, faculty and student success, community engagement, and budget management. The successful candidate will be a visionary and collaborative leader, deeply committed to the mission of preparing socially conscious, globally engaged, and academically excellent graduates. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership in advancing the school's vision and goals, leading academic program development and assessment, supporting curriculum innovation, and ensuring academic excellence through faculty development and evaluation. The Dean will also be tasked with promoting student recruitment, retention, and graduation, as well as fostering a culture of inclusion and mentorship for diverse student populations.Applicants for the Dean position at the company's School of Education must have an earned doctorate in education or a closely related field, a strong academic record, and a minimum of 5 years of academic leadership experience. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in educator preparation, accreditation, and licensure processes, as well as a commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with a preference for those who have experience with diverse student populations, success in developing partnerships with K-12 schools and community organizations, and knowledge of online education and innovative instructional delivery methods.
