The district offers a four-day school week (Monday Thursday), competitive pay, and is currently in its TIA application year, with plans to provide teacher designations beginning in the 2027 2028 school year.Northside ISD is seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to serve as a Secondary Social Studies Teacher and Head Baseball Coach. The ideal candidate will provide engaging, student-centered instruction in social studies while building a competitive and character-driven baseball program.Responsibilities include:Deliver high-quality instruction in secondary social studies coursesFoster a positive classroom environment that supports student growth and achievementLead and manage all aspects of the baseball program, including planning, practices, and game strategyPromote sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic accountability among student-athletesCollaborate with staff, administration, and community stakeholdersQualifications:Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain) in Social StudiesCoaching experience preferred, with strong leadership and organizational skillsCommercial Driver's License (CDL) required or ability to obtainCommitment to student success both academically and athletically
