Vendor Operations Coordinator

Vendor Operations Coordinator We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Vendor Operations Coordinator (Contractor) to support onboarding and data management for third-party resources across a streaming technology organization. This role is critical to ensuring accurate contractor data, seamless onboarding experiences, and scalable operational processes as vendor operations expand. While administrative in nature, this role requires strong systems thinking, data discipline, and the ability to manage workflows across multiple stakeholders. The position offers strong growth potential into vendor management or analytics functions within streaming operations. Location & Work Type Location: Los Angeles, CA or Remote Work Type: Remote (Preference for PST hours) Key ResponsibilitiesExecute end-to-end onboarding for third-party resources across tools, systems, and workflowsPartner with vendor operations, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate onboardingMaintain onboarding checklists, documentation, and process consistencyMaintain contractor and vendor data across systems (primarily Airtable)Ensure high data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all recordsAudit, clean, and reconcile data regularly to prevent discrepanciesSupport reporting needs by extracting and organizing data for stakeholdersIdentify inefficiencies in onboarding and vendor operations workflows and recommend improvementsAssist in scaling processes as new vendor types, teams, and use cases are introducedCoordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, and Technology teams to support vendor lifecycle activitiesTrack onboarding status and proactively communicate updates or blockersPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications Required:Hands-on Airtable experience (required) - ability to manage bases, structure data, and support workflowsStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrityExperience supporting onboarding, operations, or administrative workflows in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (data tracking, filtering, basic reporting)Strong organizational and communication skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent trade experience such as a Financial or Business degree.Preferred (Optional):Experience working with vendor operations, contractor management, or 3PL environmentsFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar workflow systemsExperience improving or scaling operational processesExposure to tech, media, or streaming environmentsBenefitsMedical coverage and Health Savings Account (HSA) through AnthemDental/Vision/Various Ancillary coverages through Unum401(k) retirement savings planPaid-time-off optionsCompany-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Discount programs through ADP WorkforceNow Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $50.5 - $60.5 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
