Job DescriptionSAP Security - Level 1Salary range is $75K-$95KRelocation available for the right candidate - ideally from to Mid-Atlantic to commutable daily to Raleigh NC areaOn-site 4 days per week and remote 1 day per week.Green Card, American citizen, or Canadian citizens only – No visa candidates/OPT EAD – Client will not sponsor at this time or in future.Junior-level SAP Security Analyst supporting global SAP security operations across ECC (primary), GRC, and BW environmentsHeavily focused on SAP production support, with upcoming project work and opportunity to grow into broader security responsibilitiesCritical hire to expand global SAP security coverageVery technical role requiring strong troubleshooting skills and ability to quickly diagnose and resolve SAP security issuesIdeal candidate has SAP production support experience and wants to deepen expertise in SAP securitySeeking strong technical aptitude who can ramp up quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, always-on environmentBackground in SAP or enterprise systems preferred, even if security experience is still developingComputer science or related technical degree preferred, but flexible on education if hands-on experience is strongRequires resilience, ownership mindsetNeed strong communication skills/ adaptability working with global stakeholders and handling high-pressure situationsOpportunity to build a long-term SAP security career and grow into a specialized technical expert roleClient needs someone with a strong technical foundation, with the plan to train them in SAP Security.Key Skills In Order Of PriorityAbility to read ABAP codeDebugging experienceScripting experience (VB, CATT/ECATT, etc.)2–3 years of SAP production support experience (very different from project implementation or consulting)Experience with root cause analysisAdvanced Excel skills including VBAFamiliarity with BAPIs, BADIs, and User ExitsExperience creating both technical and end-user documentationComputer Science or related technical degree preferred
