Director of Integrated Marketing
Position SummaryThis position is responsible for leading the marketing efforts for the Network division's brand management, B2B communications, as well as the development of marketable concepts and solutions customized to client initiatives, and maintain cohesive company presentations updated, as detailed in the essential duties and responsibilities below.For SBS Entertainment Division, this position also requires developing strong, long-lasting relationships sponsorship partners in local markets to meet revenue targets. This involves responsibility for developing and maintaining marketing plan for sponsors, as well as sponsor prospecting, proposal customization and presentation, contract revision and servicing, and sponsor follow-up and support.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, develop, and bring to life scalable unique marketable ideas and solutions that are customized for specific company or client initiatives and their associated KPIs, and will serve as captivating thought starters for client conversationsWrite compelling proposals utilizing brand and consumer insights, research, and analytics, to create engaging marketing stories told through an audio-focused lensInvolvement in the development, marketing, and execution of network in-person and virtual events with a focus on sponsorship opportunitiesIn partnership with programming, content, and other key company stakeholders, play a leading role in sales marketing ideation around new annual or quarterly initiatives, key cultural moments, and other opportunities to be leveraged by clientsWork with EVP of Network division to continually improve and refine sales products and offeringsCollect and compile various information and data from all company divisions as needed to adeptly combine into and consistently keep updated cohesive synergistic company marketing presentationsOversee network campaigns and promotional extensions all the way through from pre-sale to post-sale recap with quantitative/qualitative results and attributionUnderstand and embrace the challenges of the constantly shifting media and advertising landscape, and proactively determine how sales teams should respond and react with new ideas, new thinking, and new approachesCollaborate with SBSE leadership to develop and implement a sponsorship budget to achieve the sales planManages all sponsorship activities. Responsible for sponsor prospecting, proposal customization and presentation, sponsor follow-up and support and representing the company at industry functions.Submit marketing plans, prospect activity, and forecast reports to SBSE leadership; provide briefings to others as necessary or as requested. Perform other duties as assignedCreate and manage sponsorship marketing strategyPrepare media kits, marketing materials, ad sales contracts, etc.Assist with the marketing for the SBSE shows to grow audience and influencePrepare weekly, monthly, event and annual reports as neededOther projects as assigned by Network and/or SBSE leadershipEssential duties and responsibilities are those most important or most frequently performed duties.
