Brief DescriptionJob Description: Stockroom Receiving ClerkCompany: Malco GroupDepartment: ReceivingLocation: On-site, Annandale, MNReports To: Warehouse SupervisorSchedule: Full-TimePosition SummaryThe Stockroom Receiving Clerk supports daily operations by receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing materials accurately and efficiently. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring quality standards are met, and supporting production schedules through timely material handling.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products against purchase orders and inspection proceduresApprove or reject materials based on quality standards and documented inspection criteriaAccurately receive materials into inventory systems and maintain inventory integrityStore, move, pick, and deliver materials to internal departments to support production and work ordersPrepare and document non-conforming material and communicate quality issues as neededOperate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely, including handling large or heavy steel shipmentsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and receiving areaSupport shipping activities or return materials to suppliers when requiredAdapt to changing priorities based on production and material needsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in receiving, warehouse, or stockroom operations preferredForklift experience or ability to obtain forklift certification requiredAbility to read inspection documents, drawings, and basic work instructionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and qualityAbility to lift, move, and handle materials of varying sizes and weightsSelf-motivated, dependable, and flexible with changing work demandsBenefits And Perks 401K with company matching Medical, Dental, & Vision Company paid life insurance and paid short-term disability Paid time off Wage rage dependent upon experience: $21.39 – 25.16 per hourPhysical & Work RequirementsRegular standing, walking, lifting, and material movementFrequent use of forklifts and inspection toolsWork performed in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
