Clinical Supervisor (Private Practice)

Location: Colorado - In Person, Hybrid, and/or Telehealth Terms: Contract (Hours Based on Caseload size) - MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO MAINTAIN A CASELOAD OF 17 CLIENTS A WEEK. About the Role Founded and headquartered in Denver, Colorado, A New Light Counseling has expanded to Florida as we continue to grow our mission of accessible, client-centered care. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Supervisorto join our growing group practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who values leadership, clinical excellence, and mentorship while maintaining an active clinical identity. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision to assigned staff, including regular supervision meetings and case consultation Review and sign clinical documentation and treatment notes in accordance with licensure and regulatory requirements Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for staff regarding client care, ethical concerns, and clinical decision-making Meet directly with clients when safety concerns, high-risk situations, or clinical escalation arise Maintain and manage an individual clinical caseload Conduct comprehensive, culturally responsive assessments of clients’ strengths and needs Diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans Provide individual therapy, and offer couples, family, or group therapy services as desired Ensure confidentiality and ethical management of all client records and clinical information Perks and Incentives!
