Full Stack Software Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform / AI Automation)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the design and build of internal automation and AI-driven systems in Halethorpe MD. This role requires hands-on experience developing production-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and modern AI tools. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan, design, and implement scalable automation solutions.This is a highly autonomous role for someone who can take ownership and deliver end-to-end systems with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related toolsDevelop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse-backed applicationsIntegrate AI agents with internal systems, APIs, and operational workflowsBuild full stack solutions including backend services and user-facing interfacesCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutionsLead technical planning and execution for automation initiativesEnsure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-readyRequired QualificationsHands-on experience building production-level solutions with Microsoft Copilot StudioStrong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and DataverseFull stack development experience (e.g., APIs, databases, front-end interfaces)Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)Practical experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, or similar) in real-world applicationsAbility to work independently and deliver solutions with minimal guidanceStrong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications related to Power Platform or AIExperience building and deploying AI agent systems in business environmentsPrior experience leading or owning technical projects end-to-endWork EnvironmentHybrid On-Site 2x Per WeekCollaborative, small-team environment with high visibility and impactCompensation Salary Range: $90,000 - $125,000 Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (K), Sick Leave (As required by law)
