Implementation Associate

OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Implementation Associate to support the configuration and delivery of client solutions. This role works closely with consultants and project managers to translate business requirements into functional system configurations. The ideal candidate is a hybrid of business analyst, QA tester, and configuration specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.What will you do?Partner with consultants and project managers to understand project scope, timelines, and requirementsConfigure system components including data models, workflows, forms, templates, and reportsSupport migration of configurations from development/test environments to productionExecute quality assurance (QA) testing to validate functionality and ensure configurations meet requirementsCreate, maintain, and update documentation including requirements, configuration workbooks, and process flowsManage assigned tasks and tickets from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely deliveryCollaborate cross-functionally with Technical Services and other internal teams to support successful implementationsAssist in troubleshooting configuration issues and provide resolution supporDo you have what it takes?Active TS/SCI W/ Polygraph required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, or business analysisExperience with QA testing, system validation, or UAT supportStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
