Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Laborer located in St. Petersburg, FL. The Laborer will perform a variety of tasks to maintain the property and support operational efficiency. Responsibilities include general upkeep, maintenance, and repairs of outdoor and indoor facilities, landscaping, cleaning common areas, assisting with event setup, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The role requires physical activity and the ability to operate basic tools and equipment. Qualifications Experience in general maintenance, repairs, and landscapingPhysical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objectsFamiliarity with basic tools, equipment, and maintenance techniquesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a teamBasic understanding of safety procedures and protocolsHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferredPrevious experience in a similar role or property maintenance is a plus
