In this role, you'll define, architect, and optimize datacenter network infrastructure for a high-priority national defense mission.As the lead architect, you'll apply deep expertise in software-defined networking (SDN), network transport, and security to build scalable, resilient systems. You'll also mentor and guide a team of skilled engineers, driving the development of the next generation of secure, mission-ready network environments.Join us—your expertise can help shape the future of defense communications.What You'll Bring:7+ years of experience as a Network Engineering Lead or Architect supporting large-scale DoD enterprise environmentsProven expertise in Software-Defined Networking (SDN)Experience designing high-availability datacenter networks supporting 20+ distributed spoke sitesStrong understanding of Layer 2–Layer 4 networking protocols across multi-vendor environmentsKnowledge of modern network architectures and best practices, including Spine-Leaf designsActive Secret clearanceHigh school diploma or GEDPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting enterprise intelligence networks such as JWICS, JADC2, NC3, or C3BMCBackground in DISN Network Transport planning and provisioningHands-on experience implementing Next-Generation Firewalls and SD-WAN solutionsFamiliarity with hybrid cloud network architecturesExperience designing cross-domain and multi-layer enclave environmentsTS/SCI clearanceCisco CCIE certification
