Your work reduces field install time, improves safety, and keeps projects on schedule. If you take pride in clean welds, repeatable quality, and building things the right waythis role is for you.This is shop-based work (not field welding) with consistent hours and a stable workload.What You'll Be DoingWeld and fabricate electrical prefab assemblies (racks, supports, frames, sleeves, embeds, etc.)Perform MIG and/or stick welding on steel components (AWS quality expectations)Read and work from shop drawings, cut sheets, and basic fabrication printsCut, fit, and prep materials for welding (grinding, beveling, jig setup)Work with the prefab and electrical teams to meet production goalsInspect finished assemblies for accuracy, strength, and qualityMaintain welding equipment and shop toolsFollow shop safety protocols and quality standardsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of welding experience (fabrication or industrial preferred)MIG welding experience required (stick welding a plus)Ability to read basic drawings or diagramsExperience welding steel (light to medium gauge)Ability to consistently produce clean, repeatable weldsComfortable working on your feet in a shop environmentReliable, detail-oriented, and team-mindedNice to Have (Not Required)Experience supporting electrical construction or prefab operationsFamiliarity with electrical supports (Unistrut, strut racks, trapeze assemblies)AWS welding certificationForklift or overhead crane experienceWhy This Role Is DifferentNo travelConsistent hoursIndoor shop environmentWork that directly impacts real projectsGrowing prefab operation with advancement potentialWe're investing heavily in prefaband welders who want long-term stability and pride in their work grow with us.Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceTitan Electric is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
