We will provide the training you need to feel confident working at any station – grill, cashier, prep, fry, or expo.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety standards.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions accurately.
Handle cash and credit transactions while maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and dining areas.
Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and enhance their experience.
Maintain knowledge of menu items to provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with food safety practices is highly desirable.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to café operations.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation and service.
