In addition to optimizing existing operations, the COO will play a significant role in developing networks for both retail and international operations, focusing on branding, operations, and financial oversight.This individual will work alongside departmental leaders to craft and implement the larger company strategy, while also coaching and mentoring teams to foster improved performance and a positive work environment.The COO will be seen as a key figure in embracing and driving the clients strategic vision.
