Saga is seeking a Business Development Specialist to support the growth of a new model in community association management. This role is focused on relationship development, market expansion, and introducing HOA Boards and industry professionals to a modern alternative in a space increasingly shaped by private-equity consolidation. This position is ideal for someone with direct HOA experience, a strong sales or business development background, and the ability to confidently communicate value in a changing industry. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with HOA Boards, community managers, and industry partners Lead discovery conversations and introductory meetings explaining the Saga model Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Colorado Attend in-person meetings, presentations, and industry events Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, positioning, and outreach strategy Track leads, conversations, and progress through the sales pipeline Qualifications Required HOA / community association industry experience Proven background in sales, business development, or partnership growth Strong communication and presentation skills Comfortable discussing new concepts and challenging legacy industry norms Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented Must be located in Colorado Willingness to travel within the state and occasionally beyond as the network grows Preferred Experience Prior experience working with HOA Boards or management companies Familiarity with RFPs, Board decision-making processes, or vendor selection Experience in consultative or relationship-driven sales environments Why Join Saga Be part of an early-stage platform reshaping how communities are supported Work directly with leadership and influence growth strategy Opportunity for long-term advancement as the network expands Mission-driven focus on community stability, choice, and accountability—not short-term financial engineering Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
