Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) | Florida Licensed

Menadier Engineering, LLC is seeking a Florida Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) to join our growing team in Alachua, Florida.We are looking for an experienced, motivated professional who can coordinate, draft, review, sign, and seal surveying deliverables. This role is ideal for someone who is already established in the industry, has a strong book of business, and is interested in long-term growth with a company that is expanding quickly.Position Overview:The PSM will be responsible for managing surveying projects from start to finish, including coordination, drafting, quality control, client communication, and signing and sealing final survey deliverables in accordance with Florida standards.This is a hands-on role. The selected candidate must be able to perform the drafting work directly, not only oversee it.Responsibilities Include:Coordinate survey projects from start to finishPerform drafting for survey deliverablesPrepare and review boundary surveys, topographic surveys, as-builts, construction staking documents, sketches, legal descriptions, and related survey documentsReview field data and ensure accuracy before final deliverables are issuedSign and seal survey deliverables as requiredCommunicate with clients, contractors, agencies, and internal team membersProvide professional guidance to field crews and support staffEnsure all survey work complies with Florida statutes, rules, and professional standardsAssist with scheduling, project planning, scope review, and quality controlSupport business development efforts and help expand the company’s surveying client baseQualifications:Must be a Licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper in the State of FloridaMust be able to draft survey deliverables directlyStrong knowledge of Florida surveying standards and requirementsExperience with boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, as-builts, sketches, legal descriptions, and mappingStrong AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience preferredAbility to coordinate field crews and manage project workflowExcellent communication, organization, and client management skillsExisting book of business strongly preferredLeadership mindset and interest in long-term growthWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation based on experience, licensing, production ability, and book of businessCompany Paid Health, Life, STD, LTD, and Matching 401KOpportunity to help grow and lead the surveying divisionSupportive team environment with civil engineering and planning resources in-houseLong-term career growth potentialPotential opportunity for ownership/equity consideration at a later date for the right candidateInterested candidates may submit their resume and qualifications to info@menadier.com
