Our approach focuses on education, corrective techniques, and personalized care to help clients achieve long-term success in their physical health journeys.Role DescriptionThis is an independent contractor, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Hickory, NC. The Physical Therapist will assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic services to address pain, improve mobility, and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities include administering physical therapy treatments, educating patients about injury prevention and recovery. Providing one-on-one care to give patients the attention they deserve in a cash-based practice, treating without the imposed limitations from insurance carriers.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patientsAbility to create and implement patient-specific treatment plans with measurable goalsExperience with functional movement assessments and injury prevention techniques is a plusCurrent state licensure as a Physical Therapist in North CarolinaCPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
