At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.The Opportunity:We are looking for an extremely motivated and passionate project coordinator who would like to be a part of an exciting new company looking to fight climate change through disrupting the residential HVAC industry. You will coordinate the end to end process of the heat pump install from the estimate through to the post installation customer follow up.What You Will Do:Develop and execute on a process for tracking the installations, including tracking prospects, assisting with customer inquiries, addressing questions regarding quotes, and scheduling walk through, install, and inspectionsDevelop and manage the required permitting process for each projectMaintain and report on all scheduled installs, coordinating with the install teams, permits, and inspectionCoordinate with the warehouse and installation teams to ensure the right equipment, materials, and team members are allocated to the projectsCreate process documentation and training materials for new team membersParticipate in business system selection and configuration to enable delightful customer flows and efficient processesReceive feedback and monitor the quality of services providedWhat You Bring:PMP or related training preferredProven ability to implement process improvement initiativesStrong knowledge of developing project plans that support construction or related tasksStrong decision making and problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills and customer service acumenJob Type: Full-time, PermanentPay: $60,000 - $73,000 per annumBenefitsDental Care, Vision Care & Life Insurance premiums fully paid by JetsonExtended Health CareDisability InsuranceEducation SupportParental Leave Top UpWork Location: In person - Centennial, CODo you feel like you don't have everything that's listed above but can still do the job?
