Rework Coordinator

Job DescriptionPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicate orders in person, over phones, and email.Prepare shipping documents for outgoing NOV products.Clean and maintain efficient work space.Participate in action plans for new projects defined by management.Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.Ship, receive, and maintain accurate records for repairs of downhole products.Provide instruction to approved third party suppliers for rework of downhole products.Perform incoming receiving dimensional and Quality inspections for repaired and new manufactured parts.Load and unloading pallets & downhole tools from trucks with the use of forklift and cranes.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience displayed and recorded which is applicable to the service pertinent tools preferredSufficient training and experience to be thoroughly familiar with the operational characteristics of company products preferredBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:Integrity and TrustPerseveranceDrive for ResultsInterpersonal SavvyTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:Microsoft office ProgramsTATTSMSSE ProgramUse of NOV applications current and future
