Learn more on our Benefits page.You love what you do, now love where you do it.As part of the region's largest health system, you will join a collaborative therapy team dedicated to delivering evidence‐based, patient‐centered care in a seven‐day‐a‐week environment. You will work with patients who present with diverse and medically complex needs, supporting them through comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and education. This role operates within an interdisciplinary setting that values communication, safety, and high‐quality care.In this role, you will collect and assess patient data using evidence‐based methods, develop individualized plans of care, and implement treatments while coordinating with patients, families, and the care team. You will organize care and discharge planning, collaborate with pediatric discharge planners or CCS case managers when needed, evaluate patient response, and adjust treatment to support safe, effective outcomes. You will also integrate research and quality‐improvement findings into practice, maintain required competencies, support and mentor staff, uphold ethical standards, and meet expectations for clinical performance and documentation.Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy requiredLicenses and CertificationsPT - State of California Physical Therapist License or eligible for licensure requiredBLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
