Project Delivery Model (PDM) is a talent model that is tailored specifically for long-term, onsite client service delivery.Recruiting for this role ends on April 28th, 2026.Work You'll Do/ResponsibilitiesYou will support Application Maintenance & Enhancements (AME) activities for in-scope applications, including sustaining operations and minor enhancements. In this role, you will focus on maintenance, monitoring, support, and development of private cloud-based application environments and CI/CD pipelines.Support maintenance, monitoring, and day-to-day operations of private cloud-based application environments. Develop, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines for applications within the AME scope.Monitor system health, performance, and platform stability to identify and resolve operational issues.Support application deployment, release, and environment management activities across development and support teams.Implement and manage DevOps automation using tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Maven, Git, Nexus, Amazon ECR, Docker, and Artifactory.Support secrets and key management processes across AWS and Azure environments.Write and maintain automation scripts and programs using languages such as Java, Ruby, Python, and shell scripting.Integrate AWS and/or Azure services with custom-developed applications, commercial-off-the-shelf software, and open-source solutions.Perform Linux and Windows Server administration, configuration, and software installation activities.Support source code management and version control practices using Git.Assist with application management, release management, and continuous improvement of deployment methodologies.Support environments and integrations involving Docker, Kafka, MongoDB, Cassandra, and Oracle.Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes, including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.The TeamHybrid Cloud Infrastructure - AI & Engineering leverages cutting-edge engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. This team language follows the uploaded Deloitte template and sample formatQualificationsRequired4+ years of experience designing and operating scalable, secure, and high-performing systems and platforms in highly hardened or secure environments4+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, Maven, Git, Nexus, Amazon ECR, Docker, and Artifactory4+ years of experience with source code management and version control practices using GitExperience with secrets and key management in AWS and AzureExperience integrating AWS and/or Azure services with custom-developed applications, commercial-off-the-shelf software, and open-source softwareDemonstrated ability to write programs and automation scripts using languages such as Java, Ruby, Python, shell, Perl, or PHPHands-on experience with Linux and Windows Server administration, configuration, and software installationExperience with application management, release management, and deployment methodologiesExperience supporting maintenance, monitoring, and operational support of application environments and CI/CD pipelinesBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you servePreferredExperience supporting private cloud-based application environmentsExperience with Docker, Kafka, MongoDB, Cassandra, and OracleExperience supporting sustaining operations and minor enhancement delivery modelsExperience troubleshooting infrastructure, deployment, and pipeline issues across multiple environmentsThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,725 to $127,875.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
