Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will support and enhance the employee experience through a wide range of HR functions.Talent Acquisition & OnboardingLead full-cycle recruiting across all locationsDevelop and implement recruitment strategies and sourcing effortsInterview, assess, and extend offers to candidatesCoordinate onboarding and create a welcoming new hire experiencePayroll & HRIS AdministrationProcess bi-weekly and special payrolls using PaylocityMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity in Paylocity, serving as the primary point of contact for system troubleshooting and issue resolution.Manage benefit deductions, enrollments, and terminationsGenerate HR reports and ensure data accuracySupport payroll and benefits reconciliation and issue resolutionEmployee Engagement & CultureCoordinate employee events, recognition, and engagement initiativesSupport internal communications and culture-building effortsPromote a positive and connected workplace environmentMaintain HR documentation and employee recordsEmployee Relations & ComplianceProvide guidance on policies and HR best practicesPartner with leaders to resolve employee relations mattersSupport the annual performance review process, including timelines, documentation, and recordkeepingConduct and support workplace investigationsAdminister FMLA and unemployment processesEnsure compliance with federal and state regulationsBenefits AdministrationConduct benefit orientations and assist employees with enrollmentServe as liaison with insurance carriers and vendorsSupport open enrollment and benefits communicationsAssist employees with benefit-related questions and issuesProcess Improvement & HR ProjectsAssist in the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, forms, and resources.Support HR projects and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and employment law developments.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and one to three years of experience in human resources, which may include relevant internships.
