AI Foundry Lead

AI Foundry LeadWe are looking for an experienced AI Foundry Lead to drive the strategy, architecture, and implementation of enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry. The role will be responsible for establishing AI development standards, building scalable AI solutions, and enabling teams to leverage modern AI capabilities across the organization. The candidate will work closely with data engineering, data science, and business teams to design and operationalize AI solutions aligned with enterprise goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions using Microsoft AI Foundry.Define governance frameworks, best practices, and operational guidelines for AI development and deployment.Build and manage AI pipelines including model development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.Enable integration of AI solutions with enterprise data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric.Implement AI FinOps practices to monitor and optimize AI infrastructure and model usage costs.Work with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases and deliver proof-of-concepts.Mentor and guide data scientists, ML engineers, and developers in building scalable AI applications.Required Skills:Strong experience with AI/ML platforms including Microsoft AI Foundry.Experience working with large language models, AI services, and model deployment frameworks.Knowledge of MLOps practices, model lifecycle management, and AI governance.Experience integrating AI solutions with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric or cloud data ecosystems.Strong understanding of Python, APIs, and cloud-based AI services.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience:812 years of experience in AI, data science, or machine learning engineering.Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives and production-grade AI deployments.
