Compensation and Bonus StructureTotal Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.BCBAs become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role.
