INTEK is seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Field Supervisor to lead our specialized cleaning team in Sioux Falls. We are looking for a hands-on leader who excels in high-stakes environments, from managing large scale post-construction cleaning projects to overseeing the restoration of fire-damaged contents. Essential Functions
Supervise and coordinate daily activities for cleaning crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining INTEK's safety and quality standards.
Manage the workflow of multi-phase cleanups, including "rough cleans," "final cleans," and specialized fire restoration (contents and structural cleaning).
Conduct rigorous final inspections of all job sites to ensure the finished product meets or exceeds client expectations and company standards.
Lead fire restoration efforts, focusing on soot/smoke removal from contents and structures using industry-standard techniques.
Oversee the proper use and maintenance of equipment (floor scrubbers, air scrubbers, etc.) and ensure crews are stocked with necessary supplies.
Act as the primary point of contact on-site, representing INTEK with professionalism while communicating progress updates to contractors and homeowners.
Identify on-site challenges or safety hazards and implement immediate, effective solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Additional Expectations
Knowledge of cleaning products and restoration techniques for various surfaces (hardwood, stone, drywall, and delicate contents).
Train new team members on specialized cleaning protocols and fire restoration safety.
Ability to pivot between post-construction sites and restoration emergencies as priorities shift.
Accurate tracking of hours, materials used, and job site documentation for billing and insurance purposes.
A proactive mindset to optimize team performance and ensure "the little things" are never overlooked.
Willingness to work alongside the crew during peak periods or complex phases of a project.

Experience and Education
