LTB Consulting Group is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Program Administrator Intern to support our Workforce Development Division. This internship is ideal for college juniors/seniors or individuals who have graduated within the past 12 months and are looking to gain hands-on experience in workforce development, nonprofit partnerships, community engagement, and program administration.
As an intern, you'll work directly with the Workforce Development Director to build strategic partnerships, coordinate outreach initiatives, support virtual information sessions, and help expand career opportunities for emerging professionals.
Responsibilities Research and identify potential community and employer partners.
Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
Coordinate and schedule partnership meetings.
Assist with planning and facilitating virtual information sessions.
Maintain partner records within CRM and tracking systems.
Follow up with prospective and existing partners.
Represent LTB Consulting Group at networking events and community meetings (when applicable).
Support special projects and workforce development initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications Current college junior/senior or bachelor's degree earned within the past year.
Majoring in Business Administration, Communications, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Social Work, Political Science, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Comfortable speaking with professionals and building relationships.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Interest in workforce development, community engagement, education, or nonprofit partnerships.
