If you have a commitment to patient care, a keen eye for detail, and a team-oriented mindset, we’d love to have you with us!Position OverviewThe dental hygienist is a vital part of our practice and plays an essential role in delivering top-notch care to our patients while ensuring they have a positive and comfortable experience.Full time: 4 day work weekKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional preventive care, including dental cleaning, X-rays, fluoride applications, and periodontal therapy.Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for home care.Assist in developing and implementing individual treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist.Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, including assessments, treatments, and recommendations.Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean, organized operatory.Stay informed about the latest advancements in dental hygiene techniques, tools, and technologies.Support clinical team with inventory checks and ensure hygiene-related supplies are stocked.Promote a positive, welcoming atmosphere for patients and team members.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentGraduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene programActive state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist1–3 years of clinical experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with dental software and electronic health records is a plusWork EnvironmentWorking in a dental operatory, while performing cleanings and assessments.May require standing for extended periods and exposure to dental equipment and materials.Collaborative and patient-focused, with an emphasis on building rapport and comfort with patients.
