Sales Operations Analyst
A large client of ours is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support their national sales organization and join their Business Analytics team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, building reports, and partnering with sales leaders to drive performance.What you’ll do:• Build recurring sales performance reports and dashboards• Manage and calculate commission plans• Provide month-end performance insights to sales leadership• Analyze trends like rep ramp time, referral volume, and territory performance• Support field managers and regional VPs with ad hoc reporting• Assist with CRM territory alignment updatesWhat we’re looking for:• ~1+ year of experience (great for recent grads)• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEX/MATCH)• Strong communication and customer-service mindset• Ability to turn data into clear business insightsThis role sits on a collaborative analytics team with strong internal growth paths into sales analytics, territory strategy, and broader business analytics.Interested or know someone who might be a fit?
