Salary: $80,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements:
Active Secret clearanceAt least 3 years configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networking equipment, including Catalyst switches, routers, and firewallsStrong knowledge of TCP/IP, the OSI model, subnetting and VLSM, and DNS, DHCP, ARP, and ICMPHands-on experience with the Cisco IOS command-line interfaceExperience installing and testing copper cabling (Cat5e and Cat6) and single-mode or multimode fiberAbility to create and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, configuration guides, and test reportsSecurity+ certification preferredCisco CCNA or CCNP certification preferredExperience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and/or Call Manager Express (CME) preferredExperience with Radio-over-IP (RoIP) and tactical radio-to-IP integration preferredExperience supporting USMC or DoD C4I systems preferredFamiliarity with DISA STIGs and DoD network security compliance preferredExperience with automation tools such as Ansible, Python, or Bash preferredCisco networking systems experience: 3 years required
Responsibilities:
Engineer, design, administer, and evaluate USMC C4I systems, including Combat Data Network (CDN) componentsSet up, configure, test, and evaluate CDN equipmentConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Cisco routers, switches, and firewallsDesign and implement IP addressing schemes, VLANs, trunking, inter-VLAN routing, and network segmentation in line with DoD security requirementsDeploy and configure CUCM and CME for VoIP services, including dial plans, phone registration, and call routingConfigure and evaluate RoIP gateways to extend tactical radio communications over IP networksWrite, review, and execute network-system test plans and procedures for multiple testing levelsAnalyze data and troubleshoot software and hardware defects
