Overview As a PeopleSoft Administrator, you will own the maintenance, upgrades, and configuration of enterprise PS environments in our Dublin, CA on-site setting. You will drive patching, testing, and impact analysis across applications to ensure stable production operations. You will manage PeopleTools, PS 9.2, and LDAP integrations, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and security. This role offers scope to influence the design and automation of routine tasks and to support ongoing system migrations and environment builds. You will work in a collaborative, process-driven culture focused on reliable, scalable PeopleSoft delivery. ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute maintenance and upgrade schedules for PeopleSoft applicationsResearch, test, and apply patches and patches/upgrades in production after impact analysisAdminister and configure PeopleSoft Application Servers, Process Schedulers, and web servers (load balancing)Migrate PeopleSoft objects per the Configuration Management Plan and handle environment provisioningUpgrade PeopleTools and related support software; build and maintain new environments and backupsCollaborate with network/server teams for OS/network updates and monitor security, health, and capacityDesign, develop, and test changes to the PeopleSoft environmentCreate scripts to automate routine maintenance tasksProvide clear communication with technical users and coordinate across teamsProactively isolate and troubleshoot PeopleSoft architecture issues Key requirements6 to 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft AdministrationStrong knowledge of PeopleTools (implementation, upgrades, installation, configuration, integration, LDAP)Experience with PS 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.5x/PUMHands-on experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations and upgrades/patchesAbility to configure and manage PS environments and Oracle databasesExperience with application servers, Process Scheduler, and load-balanced Web ServersExperience with migration and CM plan executionStrong written and oral communication skillsstrong written and oral communicationability to coordinate with technical userspragmatic decision-makingPeopleSoft AdministrationPeopleToolsOracle databases
