The firm is committed to strong client advocacy and delivering effective legal representation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, in-office Associate Attorney position in New York, NY. The role involves managing personal injury cases from intake through trial, including client communication, case investigations, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, attending court appearances, and negotiating settlements.Responsibilities• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases (auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and negligence claims).• Communicate with clients and conduct consultations.• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel.• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with deadlines.Requirements• JD from an accredited law school.• Active New York Bar license in good standing.• 3–5 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff).• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.• Client-focused with a strong work ethic.Benefits• Performance-based bonus structure.• 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing.• Health, dental, and vision insurance.• Paid time off and holidays.
