Project Coordinator
Overview
Isos Technology is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and eager professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has a passion for project management and wants hands-on experience supporting real client engagements from the ground up. You'll work closely alongside a Technical Project Manager (TPM) or Program Manager, learning how engagements are run while owning the operational execution that keeps them on track: running intake and project setup accurately, keeping forecasts and project data current, and giving teams and clients a reliable, well-documented view of engagement status. For candidates who want to grow into owning scope, budget, and delivery decisions, this role is a strong launchpad toward Associate PM and PM positions.
Responsibilities
Execute defined intake and project setup processes in SPP
Maintain accurate forecasts, resource requests, and project data
Enforce documented gates and requirements, including holding for hard stops when information is incomplete
Own status reporting; coordinate meetings, capture notes, and track action items
Maintain RAID logs, Confluence documentation, and status-report inputs
Escalate gaps, risks, or blockers early and clearly
Support the Project Manager or TPM on logistics and administrative tasks — this role does not own scope, budget, or delivery decisions
While it varies by position, most positions could have up to 10% travel for company or client business purposes
Expectations
In this role, you will be expected to provide accurate, timely, and well-organized operational support that teams and clients can rely on. Success means the data is right and the process was followed, every time and on time.
Keep SPP intake, setup, forecasts, and resource data current and error-free on an ongoing basis
Follow documented gates and requirements without exception, flagging incomplete items before they become blockers
Deliver consistent, on-time status reporting and meeting coordination, including notes, action items, and follow-through
Maintain RAID logs and Confluence documentation so they reflect the current state of the engagement at any time
Surface risks, gaps, and blockers to the TPM or PM as soon as they are identified, rather than waiting for status meetings
Partner closely with the TPM or Program Manager, who retains ownership of scope, budget, delivery decisions, and the client relationship
Requirements
Required Experience
1-2+ years of experience in a project coordination, project administration, or PMO support role
Experience maintaining project financials, forecasts, or resource data in a PSA/PPM system (SPP or similar)
Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and administrative workstreams simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills for status reporting and stakeholder updates
Preferred Experience
Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
Experience with SPP (or a similar PSA tool) intake, forecasting, and financial reconciliation processes
Experience with Jira and Confluence, or similar project/work management tools
Experience with SuiteProjectsPro (SPP) or NetSuite for project setup, forecasting, and financial reconciliation
Familiarity with Atlassian tools in a services-delivery or client-facing context
Pursuit of or interest in a PMP, CAPM, or similar project coordination/PM certification
Experience supporting Enterprise or Federal engagements with formal documentation or audit requirements
Key Competencies
Effectively manage time and expectations across multiple concurrent engagements and stakeholders
Communicate clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally, for status reporting and escalation
Analyze incomplete or ambiguous information to identify gaps, risks, and blockers early
Demonstrate rigorous attention to detail and consistency in following documented processes and gates
Proactively advise the TPM or PM on the state of forecasts, resource data, and project health
Execute on essential functions to meet or exceed individual success metrics established annually
Demonstrate the ability to work within the Isos culture and values
Other Things We Look For
Willingness and ability to work longer hours and outside of traditional office hours as needed to keep timelines on track and communicate with colleagues in multiple time zones
A service-oriented mindset to supporting a TPM or Program Manager
Someone who thrives in a fluid work environment
Self-starter who is persistent, resourceful, and action-oriented in overcoming obstacles
Strong influencer with the ability to build trust, navigate stakeholders, and align teams
Creative problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and is adaptable
Growth-oriented professional who is curious, coachable, ambitious, and receptive to feedback and mentorship
