Procore Implementation SpecialistLocationKansas City, MOContract DetailsPosition Type: ContractContract to Hire: YesStart: ASAPJob SummaryThe Technology and Innovation Consultant will provide development and deployment of advanced processes, tools, and technology to drive the efficient delivery of projects. The Technology and Innovation Consultant will partner with project teams, project managers, business line managers, and division management throughout the evaluation of market and business trends, problem identification, solution creation, and implementation phases while adhering to budget constraints, design factors and client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist project teams to document business process and identify ways to improve execution of projects and services to improve workflow and efficiencies.Present proposed project execution solutions (including software, hardware, code writing, automated processes, etc.).Execute proof of concept activities, including detailed savings, benefits, and automated process improvements.Implement technology solutions for the successful adoption.Provide technology support to teams and processes to ensure optimal utilization.Evaluate existing processes and technology tools, and deploy new tools to improve efficiency and workflow improvements on client projects.Research and implement new technology and develop innovative approaches to services and client deliverables.Attend tradeshows and conferences to present emerging trends, markets, and technologies to leadership.Develop technologically innovative products, solutions, and services to create new revenue streams and improve project profit margins.Assist in the development of business cases for large investments and initiatives to enter into a partnership.Develop and maintain external vendor relationships and evaluate integration of their solution(s) into business processes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT and Strategic Initiatives, to build holistic and cohesive solutions for clients.Perform other duties as assigned.Comply with all policies and standards.Required SkillsMinimum 1 year of Procore experienceStrong knowledge and proficiency in standard engineering techniques and procedures for project and program managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation skills with internal and external audiences of various sizesStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CAD platforms, GIS, analysis programs, and data acquisition platformsAbility to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environmentDemonstrated critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability in advanced learning of new concepts and applying knowledge to deliverablesPreferred SkillsStrong knowledge in computer logic and data analyticsEngineers in Training (EIT) CertificationEducation RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or related degree from an accredited program and 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry; ORAssociate Degree and 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industry; ORHigh School Diploma/GED and 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the consulting industryRT License requiredPT License requiredOT License (KC) requiredPA License requiredCEN requiredWork Environment / Physical RequirementsNo expectation for overtimeFirst shift (days)BenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundImportant NotesPanel interview processFor a few new programs that are coming upAbout GTTGTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American-owned company in Alaska.
