Senior Project CPM Scheduler (Full-Time, Remote)Location:Houston, TX – Remote (Applicants must reside within 50 miles of Harris County)Please note:We kindly ask not to be contacted by recruiters or third-party agencies.At McKnight International, we specialize in project controls and infrastructure technology consulting across aviation, transportation, civil, and capital improvement sectors. We integrate skilled personnel and systems to drive precision, visibility, and timely project delivery.We are seeking aSenior Project Schedulerwitha minimum of 20 years of experiencein construction and infrastructure scheduling utilizingthe Critical Path Method. RequirementsDevelop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules usingPrimavera P6and/or other scheduling tools.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish realistic timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, forecasts, and recovery plans as needed.Identify critical paths, potential delays, and schedule risks; recommend mitigation strategies.Coordinate baseline schedules, updates, and progress reports with internal and external teams.Review contractor schedules for logic, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements.Support earned value management (EVM) reporting, cash flow forecasting, and performance analysis.Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports for project leadership and client presentations.Maintain accurate documentation of schedule assumptions, changes, and updates.Preferred ExperienceExperience withSage,Primavera P6,capital improvement,aviation, andgeneral contractingprojects is a strong plus but not required.Types of Projects You May SupportAviationTransportationTransitCapital ImprovementRequirementsMinimum20 years of professional experiencein project scheduling or construction project controls.Pro withPrimavera P6(required) and familiarity with scheduling best practices and methodologies.In-depth understanding of project life cycles, cost/schedule integration, and resource management.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to pass all background and client security clearances.Certifications (Preferred)PMP (strongly preferred)PSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent scheduling certificationCMAA, CCP, or other related credentialsEducationBachelor's degree in Construction Management , Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).ScheduleFull-time, remote position based in theHouston area.Must reside within50 miles of Harris County, TX.
