Location: Irving, TX (100% Onsite, 5 Days/Week)Duration: 24-Month ContractSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PMCompensation: $93-$102/hr W2Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401(k) MatchOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Analyst/Developer - Specialty 3 to help build enterprise-scale backend services and integrations supporting simulation, digital twin, and cloud-native platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on backend development, APIs, distributed systems, and large-scale platform integration.The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and building services using technologies such as Python, Java, Spring Boot, or Go. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently, take ownership of complex technical initiatives, contribute to engineering standards and playbooks, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and support backend microservices and APIsBuild REST and gRPC integrations across enterprise platformsDevelop cloud-native services and distributed applicationsDesign and implement event-driven and asynchronous workflowsDeploy and maintain services in AWS, Azure, or GCP environmentsTroubleshoot complex integration, performance, and reliability issuesDefine API, event, and data contracts for platform integrationsBuild observability, monitoring, and integration testing solutionsCollaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, and partner teamsContribute to technical standards, documentation, playbooks, and best practicesSupport digital twin, simulation, and platform integration initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or a related field5+ years of software engineering experienceStrong experience building backend services and APIsProficiency with at least one of the following:PythonJavaSpring BootGoExperience with microservices architectureExperience with REST APIs and integration servicesExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with distributed systems and event-driven architecturesStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExperience working within Agile/Scrum teamsStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsUnderstanding of digital twin concepts and simulation workflowsExperience integrating enterprise platforms and servicesExperience with observability and monitoring toolsExperience creating engineering standards, documentation, or playbooksExperience mentoring engineers and supporting technical leadership initiativesExposure to NVIDIA, simulation platforms, robotics, autonomy, or physical AI environmentsWhat We're Looking ForEngineers who can operate autonomously and take ownershipStrong understanding of software design patterns and enterprise platform architectureAbility to build scalable services that support large, complex systemsTeam members who can contribute, enable others, and improve engineering practicesHands-on engineers with strong technical fundamentals and independent problem-solving abilities#INDOEM
