ICM supports the Firm’s brand awareness efforts and produces written and presentation-based collateral (e.g., pitch books, RFPs, factsheets, newsletters, and thought leadership publications) used in communications with clients, prospects, consultants, and media. This is an internally facing role that focuses in particular on supporting Relationship Managers by delivering accurate, compliant, and on-brand materials that enable institutional prospecting and ongoing client servicing. The Analyst will also collaborate with other departments, such as Portfolio Management, Research, Legal, and Compliance, to coordinate inputs, manage workflows, and deliver high-quality materials on deadline.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of the Firm’s investment philosophy, strategies, products, and positioning to support institutional prospecting and client servicingSupport Relationship Managers by developing and maintaining prospecting materials (e.g., pitch books, factsheets, meeting briefs, and follow-up packages) and coordinating timely internal responses to incoming information requestsContribute to the development, formatting, and proofreading of written and presentation collateral to ensure accuracy, consistency, regulatory compliance, and alignment with brand standardsAssist in the coordination of reviews and approvals with Compliance, including tracking edits and maintaining required documentation prior to distributionHelp maintain the Firm’s presentation reporting system, consultant databases, and other related sales and marketing systems and platforms, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and usable reporting for Relationship ManagersAssist in the delivery of quarterly updates to core firm and strategy materials by coordinating inputs across teams and ensuring updates are completed on scheduleOrganize and maintain prospect and client materials (digital and print) to ensure information is current, accessible, and compliantHelp in the preparation of RFPs, DDQs, and other due diligence requests by coordinating inputs across teams and assisting with required responses and attachmentsContribute to ICM strategic initiatives, process improvements, and other projects as assignedSkills and Knowledge RequiredBachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, communications, or a related field2–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, marketing, investor relations, client service, or a similar role (asset management experience preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to produce client-ready materialsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort learning new systemsExperience leveraging AI tools to improve processes and support content developmentStrong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProactive, solutions-oriented approach with sound judgment, discretion, and follow-throughAnalytical capability to support market and peer research, identify trends, and synthesize findings for internal stakeholdersCollaborative team player who can build effective working relationships across departmentsDemonstrated integrity and commitment to the highest ethical standardsThis is a hybrid position based in Los Angeles, CA which requires weekly attendance.
